You will ensure delivery of comprehensive administration support across the service, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed to a high standard.  You will deliver minute taking of meetings, in addition to sending invites to meetings, collating information and inputting into agendas and associated documents booking and setting up meeting rooms, circulating minutes and ensuring that all minutes are completed and distributed in line with relevant policies and procedures. An important aspect of the role is to have the ability to deal with and record details about complex and sensitive situations relating to the safeguarding of children whilst remaining professional in approach.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home. In future, the Council will be moving to a hybrid of working arrangements for many of our roles with a combination of homeworking, office and site working as required.
