Training, Helpdesk & Systems Support Officer

 

2 x temporary 12-month posts  - 36 Hours per week

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Systems Support Team within Wirral Health & Care Commissioning. The role involves the delivery of training, systems support, system administration and advice to users of Liquidlogic, ContrOCC & associated portals. This covers the case management, financial, provider and service directory systems supported by the Systems Support Team.

 

These posts also require the delivery of high-quality training to direct system users, providers and maintenance of training materials and guidance. 

 

As part of the role, support via a helpdesk function is provided daily and offers administrative support to all users of Adult social care systems both internally and externally. This covers direct support and advice, system administration, data quality issue resolution and supporting future system changes via involvement in User Acceptance Testing. 

 

About the candidate 

 

We are looking for somebody who is highly motivated, has excellent communication and IT skills, can work to agreed timescales as part of a team and has relevant experience associated with the role requirements. You should have an up-to-date knowledge of work practices, processes and procedures relating to Adult Social Care as well as an excellent understanding of case management systems. 

 

Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do. 

 

Interviews are looking to be held week commencing 9th August 2021. Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home.  In future, the Council will be moving to a hybrid of working arrangements for many of our roles with a combination of homeworking, office and site working as required.
