Adaptation Assistant

Provide support to the Rapid Adaptation Team

Log and process emails

Ensure we process applications and keep clients informed in a timely manner

Liaise with clients and other partners via phone, email

 

You must have:

  • A good IT knowledge
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Customer Service qualification or equivalent
  • Working as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Working with different databases

 

 

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home.  In future, the Council will be moving to a hybrid of working arrangements for many of our roles with a combination of homeworking, office and site working as required.

 

 Please note that in accordance with the Council's policy, employees who are in a formal redeployment situation will be considered in the first instance for all vacancies.

 

 It is Council policy not to re-appoint any employee who has left under the terms of the Council's Early Voluntary Retirement (EVR) scheme or who have left with a voluntary severance (VS) package, unless in exceptional circumstances.
