You will work within the WIRRAL SEND newly established REVIEW TEAM to ensure that the Annual Review process for our Children & Young People, is improved, effective and compliant.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of;

Working at pace and as part of a multi disciplinary team.

Knowledge & understanding of the SEND CODE OF PRACTICE and associated legislation is essential.

Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills are also required for this role.

The successful candidate must be skilled in using relevant IT systems.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with children, young people, families, schools, heath and social care, to ensure that the EHC plans are reviewed effectively.

We would hope that the successful candidate would be able to to take up post with WIRRAL SEND ASAP.
