We place emphasis on the importance of professional judgement and teamwork and are using a wide range of tools and approaches for different levels of work. We have also acquired the licenses to role out the Autism Education Trust training across the borough to promote the inclusion of children and young people with social and communication difficulties in their school communities. We hold regular team meetings and offer excellent supervision. We have agile/flexible hybrid working practices with excellent IT support and modern kit to enable mobile working.
